We believe in making good things and treating people fairly.
Because we sell a mix of books, handmade goods, digital products, and made to order merchandise, refund eligibility depends on what you purchased. Please read the section that applies to your order.

Books Purchased Through This Website
If you purchased a physical book directly from this website and it arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
- A brief explanation
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the book or issue a refund.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong edition
- Minor cosmetic imperfections typical of printing
If you purchased a book through Amazon or another retailer, their return policy applies.
Handmade Goods
Handmade items are produced in small batches or individually.
All handmade sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Provide photos of the issue
We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion depending on the situation.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Preference changes
- Slight variations inherent to handmade production
- Wear resulting from normal use
Print on Demand Merchandise
Some merchandise is produced after you place your order.
Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Address entry mistakes
Please double check sizing charts and shipping details before completing checkout.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Provide photos and your order number
We will coordinate with our production partner and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are non refundable once delivered.
Because digital content cannot be returned, we do not issue refunds for:
- Accidental purchases
- Downloaded files
- Device incompatibility
If you experience a technical issue accessing your file, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Shipping Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors and your local carrier first
- Then contact us
We cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages, but we will review each case individually.
If you entered the wrong shipping address and the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production or fulfillment has not yet begun.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once production begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, contact us first.
Filing a payment dispute without contacting us prevents us from resolving the issue directly and may result in restrictions on future purchases.
